Order Tracking

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your order is shipped, we will automatically send you another email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

You can track your order in two simple ways:

1. Email Tracking  

Check your inbox for the shipping confirmation email. This email includes your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.

2. Account Dashboard  

Log in to your account on our website, go to My Orders, and click on your order to view the current shipping status and tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. If you do not see your tracking email, kindly check your spam or promotions folder.
